Art education : Art Center School in Los Angeles. Frank has exhibited at numerous San Francisco Society of Illustrators shows, as well as the New York Society group show. He has also exhibited at the Napa Valley Museum Open Studio group exhibitions.

He was included in the Spring 1990 issue of Watercolor magazine feature article on illustrators who work in watercolor.
