Donations are processed through PayPal via Arts Council Napa Valley, the fiscal sponsor of the project.
Napa Valley artist, Peter Hassen is seeking volunteers to help install public throughout the City of Napa during May of 2011. It's called "The Values Project" stimulating dialogue and thought by stenciling basic human values such as “Integrity”, "Tolerance" and "Respect" in unexpected places in the public sphere: in front of parking spaces in parking lots.
As an anchor, Peter is working with the City and County of Napa parking spaces downtown. Next, he's including civic spaces such as schools, churches and hospitals. Including all of these types of locations will create a perceived unity of the social fabric of the community.
The volunteer work is easy with snacks and sodas provided. Volunteers must be over the age of 18.
