Arts Council Napa Valley Opens Winter 2022 Community Fund Applications!

What community project or program would you create with up to $5000?

Please describe your arts or cultural project and how it will benefit the community in Napa County.

Email your video, audio, or text answer to info@artscouncilnv.org by November 10, 2022 @ 5 PM to be considered for the second phase of the application process! Please submit a 1-4 minute video/audio file or a 300-1,000 word written answer.

Answers will be judged on the following criteria by our panel:

Impact: How your idea serves the community in Napa County through arts & culture.

Values: How your idea prioritizes innovation, inclusivity, collaboration, integrity, strategy, & fun.

Community Engagement: How the proposed project makes serving the public its core purpose, demonstrating efforts to engage populations limited by factors such as geography, economics, age, language, and/or disability.

The panel reviewing the phase-one applications consists of the entirety of the Arts Council Napa Valley Board of Directors. You can read more about our board members here: Www.ArtsCouncilNV.Org/About

Arts Council Napa Valley’s Community Fund Grants will provide funds for individual artists, groups/troupes, and small 501c3 nonprofits with an operational budget of $100,000 or less to complete public-facing public art projects.

ATTENTION: This proposal does NOT guarantee funding. Proposals selected to move forward by our panelists will complete the more detailed phase-two application. Completing the phase-two application puts your proposal under consideration by our Grant Advisory Board for funding.
