Napa County is currently recruiting for two vacant positions on the Arts and Culture Advisory Committee.

Napa County is currently recruiting for two vacant positions on the Arts and Culture Advisory Committee: one representing Creation of Arts and Culture Opportunities and one representing Education of Arts and Culture. The committee conducts and oversees grant programs and makes recommendations to the County regarding the award of grants. The Committee assists with the development of grant guidelines, provides an application process and application forms, appropriately advertises and calls for grant proposals, holds grant training workshops as needed, and develops scoring criteria for evaluation of grant applications.  The deadline to file is Wednesday, November 14th at 5:00 PM.  Application materials and other information can be found here: https://www.countyofnapa.org/1420/Committees-Commissions

The Arts and Culture Advisory Committee will hold a Special Meeting on Friday, November 30th at 1:00 PM at the Board of Supervisors Chamber, 1195 Third Street in Napa.  The purpose of this meeting will be to review and recommend applicants to the Board of Supervisors for appointment to the Arts and Culture Advisory Committee.  This meeting is open to the public.
