Napa Valley Museum Yountville seeks an energetic and experienced Membership & Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. Directly reporting to our Manager of Education and Visitor Experience, this position requires an exceptional person combining a friendly, approachable and inspiring personality with a strong, disciplined work ethic and flawless attention to detail and professionalism. Experience with donor and/or customer databases strongly preferred.
Volunteer and Intern Management
Staffing of Museum galleries on weekends, and during Programs and Events
- Demonstrated volunteer and member relations and recruitment skills
- Strong personal ethics, organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- MUST be able to work both Saturday and Sunday, and some evenings.
This is a part-time position, 20 hours a week, with some benefits. Compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
