Napa Valley College Performing Arts Center Seeks Volunteers

Napa Valley College Performing Arts Center | Napa, CA |

The Napa Valley College Performing Arts Center (NVC PAC) seeks volunteers for its upcoming music and theater shows. NVC PAC volunteers are integral to the success of Napa Valley College theater and music performances. Duties include serving as lobby greeters, ushering in guests, seating patrons, collecting tickets, passing out programs and selling concessions before shows and during intermissions.

Volunteers receive free admission into the shows they work. Additionally, in recognition of service hours, volunteers earn redeemable “PAC Points” for each event worked. Once a volunteer has accumulated 15 points, he or she is eligible for 1 free ticket to a show of his or her choice, to use or share with friends.

Prior to working an event, a 45-minute training session is required for new volunteers. Contact the NVC PAC volunteer coordinator at 707-256-7510 or email PACEvents@napavalley.edu for more information.

Become a contributing member to the PAC theater team! Volunteering is a great way to learn more about theater, the arts and the behind-the-scenes happenings of a professional performing arts venue. Interested volunteers should email PACevents@napavalley.edu. Include your first and last name followed by “Volunteer” in the subject line (ex: John Smith, Volunteer.)

A prominent landmark along the Napa-Vallejo Highway, Napa Valley College’s Performing Arts Center (PAC) is a distinguished entrance marker to the iconic Napa Valley. Open to the public in 2010, NVC PAC’s three stages host a unique meritage of student and professional performances each year. Sited at the north edge of the NVC campus to take advantage of the beautiful views of the Napa Valley range, the PAC is the recipient of numerous architectural design awards, including The American Institute of Architects Minnesota Honor Award (2011).
